Agri-Urban Buildings Inc. served as General Contractor for the two-phase expansion of Boler Mountain, a premier four-season destination in Southwestern Ontario.
Phase 1 – Chalet Expansion:
A 16,000 sq. ft., three-storey addition to the existing chalet, nearly doubling its size. Key features include 200-person licensed banquet hall with full kitchen and in-house catering facilities, ideal for weddings and corporate events, multi-purpose rooms for small group gatherings and flexible community use, a scramble-style dining area, and a fully accessible layout. The design integrates wood, stone, and expansive glass to reflect traditional ski lodge aesthetics with modern functionality.

A new 7,000 sq. ft. year-round rental shop featuring in-floor heating, air conditioning, and a 2,000 sq. ft. equipment storage area. Designed to support both winter ski rentals and summer treetop and mountain biking activities, the space offers flexible, multi-season functionality. The addition also features a 7,000 sq. ft. licensed rooftop patio, providing a unique post-ski and post-ride gathering space with panoramic views—enhancing the guest experience beyond the slopes.
