This mid-rise apartment complex offers a mix of thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom suites, blending residential comfort with urban convenience.
The ground floor features 1,000 square metres (10,000 square feet) of commercial retail space, strategically positioned to face the London Road plaza parking lot—enhancing the walkability and vitality of the surrounding area.
Constructed using prefabricated heavy gauge wall panels which were locally sourced from Petrolia and precast concrete plank floors, the majority of the main structural components of the building is manufactured off-site and assembled on location. This approach not only improves build speed and precision, but also reduces construction waste, minimizes environmental impact, and supports the local economy.
