Nestled in the heart of Kingsville, Ontario, our team collaborated closely with Peralta’s in-house engineering team to deliver a stunning, state-of-the-art office building. Spanning approximately 13 000 square feet, the space features modern design, premium finishes, and a thoughtful layout tailored to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
One of the project’s standout features is its innovative parking lot, which incorporates a cutting-edge Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater management system. Built using permeable interlocking pavers made from recycled materials, the surface allows rainwater to filter through the joints and into a stone reservoir below. This eco-conscious solution not only minimizes surface runoff and the risk of flooding, but also significantly reduces pressure on the municipal stormwater system.
